Every screen and device can display colours a little differently, so the item you receive may not match the exact colour you see on screen. That said, we do work to ensure our colours are bold and don’t fade or bleed.
—–TURNAROUND—–
We aim to get all items shipped within 3-5 working days of your order! We often send items a little sooner but we leave some padding in our projections for unforeseen busy periods.
—–SHIPPING—–
Within UK we usually post 1st class and that should be with you in a few days, but Royal Mail advises you wait 18 days in case of delays.
To Europe, our courier varies depending on the best handler for your product & price, but items usually take 10 days – most couriers suggest leaving 22 days.
To USA we generally send through a combination of Royal Mail and USPS. Items often arrive in around 10 days, but the shipping can take up to 42 days. This doesn’t include Customs – whose times can vary and increase at peak periods. This year Royal Mail advises items ordered by 14th December should arrive in time for Christmas.
